书籍简介: Yum! I bought this book because I’m a big fan of Trudy’s blog, and it did NOT disappoint. I have no plans of becoming a full time vegetarian (I love bacon too much for that) but my New Year’s resolution is to eat a lot more vegetables. This book is great for that. I’ve tried to become a vegetarian before and just ended up eating lots of cheese and bread, so it was really helpful to learn tips about what foods are the most nutrient dense, and how to get all the protein I need. All the meal plans were great, but the best part was the recipes–they’re beautifully photographed and really make you crave whatever it is. I never thought I’d eat tempeh (have you seen what it looks like? ugh) but her recipe for satah tempeh wraps was sooo good.
